Here is a tip on how to confirm codes before using.
1). Open an account on tracfone.com and register your phone.
2). Start to buy an airtime card whis is the same number of minutes as the one you have.
3). At the bottom of the page is a place to enter the promo code. Click checkout.
If the code is bad, you will get an error message about the code not being valid. Just keep trying codes until there is no error message. This means the code will work on your phone (the phone you registered). Good Luck!

Another tip is always add promotion codes via the
web rather than directly from the phone because if the code does not
work, you have the option of not actually using up the airtime card. from Wendy.

Do not use codes you used before because you might not get any minutes the second time you use it.
