Tracfone handles their website badly, you do not know if a code is going to do anything for you until after you have bought
it. Some people had referenced getting multiple times the time of the card but what I got was exactly 60 bonus minutes
for the bonus code 14938 and 60 minutes for DMFL for a total of 180 minutes. I do not like that thing about not knowing what you are getting until you have purchased.

Here is a tip on how to confirm codes before using.
1). Open an account on tracfone.com and register your phone.
2). Start to buy an airtime card whis is the same number of minutes as the one you have.
3). At the bottom of the page is a place to enter the promo code. Click checkout.
If the code is bad, you will get an error message about the code not being valid. Just keep trying codes until there is no error message. This means the code will work on your phone (the phone you registered). Good Luck!

On the tracfone website, I purchased a 120 min card, used coupon code 26733 for 40 additional minutes. While on the website I added 60 additional minutes for $10.00.( The page comes up after you choose minute card & enter promo code). I have a dmfl phone. I received 400 minutes total for $40.00. ($29.99 for 120 mins. + $10.00 for 60 additional minutes = $39.99). 120 min(doubled) + 60 min(doubled) + 40 promo code minutes = 400

I ALWAYS redeem my cards on the web - that way, if I've used the code before, or it has expired,
I can always back up and try another code! NEVER do it from the phone - if the code is no good, you've lost the chance to
try again.

Do not use codes you used before because you might not get any minutes the second time you use it.
Unlike most plans, you keep your minutes and they do not expire, with active service.
TracFone Prepaid Wireless Airtime cards do not require any additional wireless taxes or fees.
Bonus codes TYPICALLY can only be used ONCE PER PHONE. Some people have succeeded otherwise, but they're lucky. You will want to keep track of which codes you have used on which phone.
The Best coupons are usually at the top of the page and are more likely to work than the ones on the bottom of the page.

Tracfone's website says you can only use one code per transaction. I have used codes multiple times, although 90
bonus minutes

On Tracfone website purchased the 1st special 800 minutes (400 x 2) + 365 service days + lifetime double minutes for $124.95; on the next page they offered additional minutes for 10 cents/minute, I opted for 400 minutes for $40. + total tax of $8.29 = $173.24. Also entered promo code of 81727 (200 bonus minutes) at bottom of page 1. Total minutes added instantly as follows: 800 + 400 (the 10 cent ones) = 1200 + bonus minutes of 200 (promo code 81727) + 400 (doubling the 400 bought for 10 cents) for a grand total of 1800 minutes.

Just wanted to let you all know that Tracfone code 62498 worked for me this morning! I have a 'double minutes for life' phone, and with the puchase of a 60 minutes card, I got 40 bonus minutes. 60+60+40=160 minutes.

The rest of the deals are not reliable. Some people do well but others don't.
My phone has a double minutes plan, so I was expecting 120 minutes X 2 (240 minutes) + 150 Bonus minutes. Although my purchase indicated "120 minutes" plus "150 bonus minutes", I was credited with a total of 270 minutes (basically a 30 minute bonus instead of my expected 150 minute bonus.)
I called Tracfone and they confirmed that the minutes credited were correct, although I must admit that the
explanation was a bit convoluted.

But sometimes they don't work over the phone. my mom has had that problem.
It is a lot easier to buy mins online then over the phone.
