Perfume Emporium strives to satisfy the customer, without you we wouldn't be in business. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, simply follow the directions below to return the order within 60 days of purchase date and we will promptly process your request and refund your money (less shipping charges) via crediting your credit card. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all opened or used items.

If you would like to return or exchange your order please send it to the address below. Please include your name, phone, order number, and reason for return or item to be exchanged for. We will process it within 7 business days of receipt. Send via US Mail, UPS or FedEx and DO NOT require a signature. Include a Delivery Confirmation or tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for packages that cannot be confirmed as delivered.

Perfume Emporium only carries original designer fragrances. Absolutely no knockoffs or imposter fragrances are sold at Perfume Emporium. We aim to have the lowest price on the Internet and make every attempt to get the fragrance you desire. PDT - Parfum de Toilette (same as EDP)

EDT - Eau de Toilette

COL - Cologne

EDC - Eau de Cologne

Tester - Original bottle and fragrance, just without the original box and without the cap (unless it says with cap).
