My husband makes something similiar but his salad has a million calories I think.

with baby spinach leaves
Some other type of hearty baby lettuce
walnuts
fresh homemade mozzerella from the deli
avocado
Tomato
red onion cut up.
He puts regular ham in this or pepper ham. Just tear slices.

Maries Creamy dressing. Japaneno cearsor or anything you like.

So good for you because of the walnuts and spinach.

So rich it is like eatting a steak.
