We vistited San Diego a few years ago and I fondly remember it as one of my favorite places to visit because of the near perfect weather and beautiful ocean. San Diego is abit of a desert so it hardly ever rains. Actually that is interesting to do to, go inland alittle and look at the desert plants.
It is relatively nice all year long do to the ocean currents coming from Japan.
I would retire there due to the weather and many people do. You do need a good sweater or coat in the winter at night of course. I've been there in the winter too and the air in crisp and clean.
We loved Sea World of course. It was beautiful.
The Birch Aquarium is not to be missed if you love Aquariums. It also has beautiful view. Beautiful views are every where in San Diego. You will love it too.
Well I could say beautiful alot about San Diego because that is what it is.
I loved seeing the seals in Jolle, but that is free! I loved walking by the water in Jolle but that is free. I loved walking in the cliffs by the water but that is free too.
We visited the Air and Space Museum and that was interesting.
We just walked around the Hotel del Coronado and did not take a tour but it was wonderful and fun way to spend the day. My friend go sick so we had to rush away.
The Japanese friendship gardens I think we saw and it was lovely and small but that is what I would expect from a Japanese gardens.
We definitely visited the Zoo because I love zoos and it was pleasant.
Enjoy your trip and I hope you enjoy San Diego as much as we did.
I think the best way to use a go card is to go to the most expensive attractions you are interested in or do two or three short things a day. I wouldn't rush though anything because I think that might take the enjoyment out of the experence.
I know I am master of the obvious. Enjoy and kiss the sun drench sky for me. The food was good everywhere we went. Just ask the friendly people where to go. We live in New York and we see people from all over the world but not so much San Diego. I don't think they leave because of the weather.
