1/4 tsp Capella pumpkin drops
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

You can now distinguish gluten-free products by the “GF” label. Medifast Meals certified gluten-free will display a special “GF” symbol on the product box, but some Medifast Meals will not have the symbol on the box yet.
