Color or Black and White:
The introduction of the color Laserjet has enhanced the easy creation of colorful marketing and sales documents. However, the supplies
cost for color Laserjet printers is significantly more than a monochrome printer.
Print Speed:
Usually rated in ppm (page per minute), this specifies the MAXIUMUM print speed. In practice, this speed would only be reached with very little content
on the page.
Connectivity:
A wireless printer is very convenient in a small office environment but offers much lower security than a wired printer.
Toner Cost:

difference, a high duty cycle printer is designed to handle these printing loads without breaking down. Also, the larger toner cartridges of workgroup
printers can reduce your cost per page and don't need to be changed as frequently.
