How does membership in the Disney Movie Club work? What is the "Featured Title"? Once you become a member, approximately every 4 weeks you will receive a Featured Title mailing that includes highlights and insights about our biggest new release, your Featured Title, other new releases, and special members-only discounts. You can choose to receive the Featured Title, an alternate, or no movie at all. If you decide to receive the Featured Title, do nothing -- we will mail it to you automatically and your account will be billed. If you do not want the Featured Title selection, you can submit your decision via our web site, automated phone system, or by mailing back the enclosed response card by the due date. About every 4 weeks, you will receive a mailing indicating the Featured Title. You can choose to receive the Featured Title, an alternate, or no movie at all. Each movie you purchase at regular Club prices counts as one unit toward fulfilling your membership agreement. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you need to return a product, please use one of the following options: Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Product Received - If you receive an incorrect title or a movie that is damaged or defective, we will promptly exchange it at our expense upon receipt of the damaged merchandise. If you prefer not to exchange it, we will gladly apply the value of the title to your account as a merchandise credit.
