36-year-old grandmother arrested after 2-year-old dies inside hot car

There has been enough coverage on this in the past that it doesn't make it a tragic accident. I think this woman and any other person that has a child die because of stupidity should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Not only does leaving a child in a vehicle alone run the risk of death because of heat, but also kidnapping by some sick individual.
I don't know what excuse this excuse of a grandmother is using, but it is ridiculous!

Just to let you know on the Denver news tonight the grandmother has been officially charged. She says she was drinking & taking prescription drugs & doesn't remember putting the little girl in the car. The kicker is her parents don't blame the woman.
