Wedding registry must HAVES!

Moms View Message Board: General Discussion: Archive March 2007: Wedding registry must HAVES!
By Tonya on Thursday, March 29, 2007 - 10:14 am:

I have to say we are registering for our wedding. We were not going to but everyone we tell that too says who cares if you have been together for so long you both have never been married so register.

I cannot wait to register for towels and sheets and some newer kitchen gadgets. Plus outside yard tools is a must.

Give me other ideas of must haves please.

We have all new pots and pans and dishes we bought 6 months ago.

Thanks ladies.

The only opinion I have is to make sure you have a wide price range on your register. We went to a friends wedding a few years back and everything on thier register was very pricey. I wanted to get her something off the register but everything was so expensive.

A nice set of knives, a filtered water container for the refridgerator, stovetop grill, nice salad tongs, candles, monogrammed frontdoor mat.

Have fun!

If you eat salads - a salad spinner - that is a kitchen gadget I canNOT live without.

Small food chopper

Ditto the knives........kitchen/chopping knives AND steak knives

I always love when someone registers at either a travel agency or a furniture store. Especially, if you already have everything.

We are going to register at Target and Home Depot. I love the grill idea thanks ladies!! Ours went out with the trash man last fall it finally died. It was 34yrs old. A hand me down from my grandpa.

I won't lie we have nothing. Allot of stuff we have is still 2nd hand. I cannot see buying new when old works. I am frugal with our money.

I also could never register for anything too expensive. That to be is being greedy. But the grill idea again I love that.

Also new knives are a must. I love you ladies you are awesome.
