Penguins on Parade

Art teacher at school where I work and where my kids went to school abandoned his lesson plan for the day. Instead, he took the kids outside to make penguin snow sculptures. It was so adorable while it lasted.

Cute! The kids will never forget the experience, I'm sure!

How totally cool! I thought they were really stuffed animals in the snow. But they were painted. That will be a very memorable time for the kids.

When I went to work, last week, I thought they were unbelievably cute! I think it's so cool, that they were featured in the Sunday "school" section today! Not only just a picture, but an article, too!

I posted more pictures, in the photo topic.

That is wonderful! What a great experience for the kids, and what an awesome teacher they have!

We don't even have art as a subject in our primary and middle schools and that makes me so sad...

I thought they were stuffed animals, too. Very cute project! Kudos to the teacher for being so creative!
