I found "you've got a friend in me" from Toy story. I really like that one. But I need at least one more. I like the sound of "You're my Best Friend" by Queen, but not really the correct lyrics for two 8yr old little girls.

I don't want slow mushy stuff. I want playful!

For her friends bday next week, I am creating a slideshow of most of the pictures I have of the two of them playing together. They have been friends since birth.

We used We Are Going To Be Friends, when we made a DVD/movie of DS and his Best Friend. I used that song for the beginning when they where babies.

That is a wonderful song. However, they don't go to the same school so the words don't make sense for the pictures I have.

The song they play at the end of Grease "We go together like....etc.."

It's not really slow, but a catchy tune.

I'll have to check those out. I'm an old fuddy duddy and do not care for High School Musical. However, my DD (and her little friend) think it is just the coolest show around. I suppose I should gave that song some serious thought since it is for them and not me .

I need to hurry cause the birthday is this weekend.
