Want to borrow my Chanel Handbag?

Moms View Message Board: General Discussion: Archive May 2006: Want to borrow my Chanel Handbag?

I can't believe this website...the funniest thing is that I found it on my husband's fantasy football website where some guy wanted his wife to quit buying expensive handbags.

Bag Borrow or Steal

Christian Dior oh my gosh

Bag, Borrow, or Steal is a cool idea, although I'm not as big into purses as some, so I wouldn't use them. Still, the internet is definitely an interesting thing!!!

Ohhhh....LOVE the C.D. one!!!

I don't know how I'd feel about just using a purse for a while.........once it's *mine*, it's MINE!

I'm not that big into purses, either! I can't see spending $10/month to rent purses. LOL!

For some that want cool, designer bags, though, it probably is a good idea.

Although I don't invest in quality, expensive bags, I really love cute purses and would love to trade them around this way. I only have one problem with the concept and that's when I'd really wish I had that pink purse I had three months ago because it would be perfect for the outfit I have in mind.:)

Well..........am I the only one who thinks purses are a little *personal*??

I just sort of cringe when I think about complete strangers' hair brushes, makeup, gum, whatever, being in a purse I'm using. Sorry, it just occurred to me. LOL

I love huge bags because I always have so much junk with me, and though I don't buy designer bags, I buy good ones so they will hold up and last. I think I'd rather have my $120 a year to spend on a purse I could keep!
