Has anyone heard any more news on how Feona is doing? I haven't been on here in a long while.Where is everyone?? This used to be such an active message board I hope someone see's this post.

I am fine. I am biking 1 or two hours a day. Supposed will decrease chance of getting cancer again by 50% if I add fruits and veggies. I eat a fruit smoothy everyday and will try adding spinach to it too.

Does this mean that you are cancer free ...I sure hope so Have you heard about fruit and vegetable supplements? I take some called Beyond Juice and it is made by Youngevity.It is an amazing product.

I am only allowed to take vit d 5000mg and calcium since I am still on cancer meds and will be for 5 more months. Not including tamoxifen.


Cancer loves vitamins.... so you don't take it with cancer meds.
