I've been eating too much chocolate lately and am trying NOT to do this...
Allow yourself chocolate every day after lunch....1 piece. That's all. Avoiding it completely just makes you crave it more.

I only bought Matthew an Easter Cream Egg this year. When he woke up from this nap I told him that the Easter Bunny had been here and left him an egg. Of course he had to share it with Mommy!

That said, I have to eat sugar free chocolate now. LOL
I crave chocolate. I am supposed to be taking double/triple doses of calcium supplements daily, so I bought some of those Viactiv chocolate chews! There's more than one way to get your chocolate!
I am now eating chocolate (I didn't before) bec it helps my peri-menopause symptoms. I carry it in my purse and if I start to get fuzzy, I eat chocolate and my brain clears up.
Karen, are the Viactic chocolate chews any good?
Mommmie, I crave chocolate the most when I'm PMSing. It does help, doesn't it?!
All kidding aside, I'm high risk for developing diabetes so I really need to limit carbs, especially sugar. I'm not a candy person, but definitely have a weakness for chocolate.

I have to have chocolate when I am PMSing myself.
We are pretty bad around here about eating it. I always have Braums Chocolate Pecan Frozen Yogurt in the freezer. Yesterday we had a French Silk Chocolate pie for dessert. And many many eggs stuffed with chocolate. lol Many of the item I brought back from England were chocolate, caramel or toffee!!! LOL Oink Oink!

I've always liked chocolate, but never really craved it while PMSing until about the last year or so. I swear, I can tell you I'm PMSing now just by my chocolate cravings! lol When I am trying to diet or limit chocolate intake, I get the Dove Dark mini squares. They're strong because they're dark and they're really good and just one seems to be enough (most days! lol). I've never been one to just sit and eat plain milk chocolate. BUT, peanut M-n-M's or chocolate with carmel, OOOOHHHHH!!!!! Major weaknesses! lol
Today Griffin says, "Mom, we have two things in common. We both don't like dark chocolate and we both CRAVE chocolate."
