I'm not sure if this is true but I was able to read this on a magazine some time ago.
Every morning there is a ritual that we can do if we want to lose weight. Here's the simple recipe:
Mix 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with 1 teaspoon of maple syrup in a 12-ounce warm water.
The article says that this will increase our body's metabolism. Metabolism is when our body burns calories from the food that we eat. An increased metabolism means more calories are burned, and the more calories are burned, the more weight we can lose.
Doesnt taste very good - but it's supposed to work!!!
