How often do you wash towels-after how many uses? What about washcloths? How often or after how many uses is a washcloth laundered?

I wash towels after 2 or 3 uses - each person re-uses their own - obviously. The washclothes we wash after each use.....hate a hard dried up washcloth! LOL

I use white towels. As soon as I see a spot on them I wash them. I think I wash them every week at least. My husband chooses when He wants his towel washed.

I have a bucket of wash clothes (huge in the bathroom) We go threw like 7 a day) They get thrown in the clean bucket under the sink and not folded since we go throught them so fast.

I do not fold my towels. I put up extra plastic hooks in my bathroom and I put the clean towels on one wall. So I don't have to fold towels or go looking for towels when I want them.

Everyone has a seperate place for their towels. I use a seperate plastic hook or something on the wall or tiles.

It looks kind of crazy but it works for me.

Less work! Clean towels. Lazy Mom!

Call me crazy - but that is my number one favorite thing to fold - Yes - I said call me crazy! I love folding towels and Im kinda anal about how their folded! I will take a basket full of towels to fold anyday over real clothes!!! Complete opposites Feona!!! LOL

I sort of fold sheets. Sort of. other bedding and beach towels. and stuff I have to store for long term storage...

I too hang up everything and play clothes get thrown in drawers bc I don't care if they are messed up. All the clothes they wear to school or church are hung up. Socks are in a drawer unmatched and you can grab two socks on your own. Saves me time. We hang our towels on hooks also and they get washed on an as needed basis. Probably weekly. With 6 people in the house I am happy to get it clean !

Hi Juli! I do that with the socks too. I try to buy all the socks the same. Like 15 or 20 pairs of the same type of sock for my son so I don't have to match them.

Hi Juli! Great ideas! My daughters have all those cute socks - different colors - designs - I try to match socks one a month or so - but when they run out - they just start wearing mismatched ones! They dont care - I dont care!!

I like the idea to match once a month or every two weeks. I sort of do that too. My socks.
