What do you guys have on your plate today ?
I am volunteering in preschool this morning, then an appt this afternoon.
Tomorrow looks a bit rough since I'll be selling BoyScout discount cards with the boys in the morning and in the afternoon I'll be selling GS Cookies. Doesn't sound too bad, I know, except the timing overlaps so I have to do some juggling. In the evening DD has softball practice (thankfully I KNOW hubby will be doing that one!)
The BoyScouts ALSO have a 10mile bike ride on Sunday that I'm hoping hubby can do with our son. The rides get progressively longer (two 10milers, then two 15 milers, a 25 miler and then finally a 50miler) Actually I think I could probably do the 10 mile, maybe even the 15 mile, but somebody stole my bike last month, stole it from behind a fence ! People are getting very brave in their thievery these days!
Anyway, the weekend looks fairly jammed, think I'd like to just go back to bed now, hahaha !

HAPPY FRIDAY!! I have a lunch date with my DH at his resort today! I am really excited. I need to get off the computer and do my hair & make up. Haven't gotten dressed up in ages! Always sweats & t-shirts & hair sticking up so a knit hat or baseball cap to hide it....getting pretty old! I need more public appearances and adult interaction! FOR SURE! So great to see you on the board. Missed "mommy shop talk" with you.

This really is happy friday. We finally sold our house 2 days ago after going to contract 24 times over 4 years.

I'm also going to a family function tomorrow!!!! and need to find a "dressy dress". The rural world I live in doesn't usually encourage dress up so this is fun but also one more thing on the list.

Harlena is that bike ride for the cycling badge. I was just looking at it with my son. Feels challenging but do-able.

Mommy 3 - sounds like fun and a little romantic - enjoy.

Just got home from the boys' school. They had their Jog-A-Thon today. I volunteered so I was out there for the 4 hours. I am a little tired. On the bright side, I was able to get prime parking in the school lot!

Tomorrow we have a sport event through my husband's job. It will be nice to see the other families, especially those we haven't seen in a while. I just hope the weather cooperates.
