Yeah!

I am going to drag the baby around the backyard in the snow.

That should exhaust me in 15 minutes.

Hi Feona,
Have you lived to tell about it -is it photo documented so when they say you never played with me in the snow you have proof. Seriously hope you had fun. Fifteen minutes is all thats required

You ought to visit up our way so the kids get snow and fun and you get warmth and rest and pool. Smuggler's Notch in Vermont, voted #1 family fun snow destination in America is only 1 hour from us. Indoor pools, water park, saunas, steam room and you can see all the snow without visiting it but the kids can learn skiing, snow boarding, cross country, snow shoeing, winter horse back riding, sledding.

Good exercise though! That's probably about as long as I would last too :)

all this talk about snow ..... I know everyone wants to come my way, but there really does come a point when you are tired of the 'mild' weather .... that point is usually between Thanksgiving and Christmas, but still .....

I wish we had family within driving distance, you know, one of those long-weekend trips, drive for a few hours, say hi to family, play in the snow, and then go home. Long enough to get cold and then appreciate that 'mild' weather we have here. BUT, I'm not sure snow is within a couple of hours anyway .....

Are you still thinking of coming down south Feona ?

By Feona on Friday, January 30, 2009 - 07:26 am:

I want to and I still might but I want to feel alittle better. Lying around the bed with walking pnenonia for a month is not good for your neck apparently.

I went to the chiropractor three times already and am going to the rolfer.

At least I have the energy to try to help myself!

We didn't play in the snow because it was raining....

wow ... how long does walking pneaumonia last ?

it stays 'mild' here for awhile, a couple of months til you get to 'hot' so you definitely have time to get well !

By Feona on Saturday, January 31, 2009 - 02:56 pm:

Well it definitely was something. I keep thinking it was my imagination and I am just being lazy. But I actually lost 7 pounds so I must have been sick. I hope I can keep the 7 pounds off though. Typically woman. Nothing tastes too good.

I knew I was sick when I wasn't interested in carmel cream Hershey's kisses ... my taste for chocolate is back but it still hurts to breathe when it's late at night or if I'm out in the cold.

Has your Dr. put you on steroids ? That's the only thing that makes a difference when Dh gets sick (once or twice per year.)

Now Dd is even on them. She's been sick since Nov.
