Wanting to watch a good movie tonight.....

Moms View Message Board: General Discussion: Wanting to watch a good movie tonight.....
By Dana on Saturday, November 22, 2008 - 06:31 pm:

I'm really in the mood for a good suspense or drama. I like movies that are based on truth as well. It can be something new release or old. My husbands has hordes of movies, so chances are we have most that you might mention. But I am horrible at remembering the movies that came out in the last recent years, and we usually don't have those. Or we have them, but never heard of them so we didn't know they were worth watching. What's popular right now? What have you seen recently that you really really liked (at the theaters or on DVD)

All three of the Bourne movies. Also the Ocean movies... you know... Ocean's 11, etc.

These are just a few I can think of off hand.

Probably too late for tonight, LOL, but two recent faves are The Departed, and Michael Clayton.

We just watched Autumn Rush and really enjoyed it.

My daughter and I love Autumn Rush. I'm trying to remember if we recently watched The Departed. It sounds familiar. I've never heard of Michael Clayton.

I recall watching the Bourne movies, but it has been a while so that might be a good choice. I've only seen the first Ocean movie.

Time for church! I'll check back later today to see what else has popped up.

In Michael Clayton, George Clooney plays a lawyer. The Deaparted has Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon and Jack Nicholson. They are both suspenseful, The Departed is quite violent, but really good.

My two favorites are "Crash" and "Primal Fear" :)
Both good...Crash is more thought provoking and Primal Fear is really suspenseful and full of great acting.
