Well, my dd (14) saw the therapist yesterday. (I posted earlier about her being anxious in crowds...thought it was a phobia.) It turns out, she has these anxiety attacks a lot more than just in crowds! It looks like she has a panic disorder. Bless her heart! She said she was embarrased to tell me that she was having them as often as she was. I had no idea. So, anyway, we'll be seeing a psychiatrist soon, and they will probably start some medication. I'm just really glad that we can address it now, and hopefully get help before they get any worse. Just thought I'd update.

I am glad that she is getting help for this. You are a great Mom to follow through, I know to many that wouldn't.

Oh the poor thing. Im so glad she will be getting help. Tell her lots of people have this and not
to feel embarrased. Hope they can find a medication that helps her.
