SAHM/.WOHM and other abbreviations
The moderators have gotten a couple of inquiries about abbreviations, so I decided to just post this.
If you are puzzled by some of the abbreviations used on the board (and other places on the internet), go to Posting Fun and run through the Common Abbreviations post.
(However, I just discovered if you do that today, you will get a message that the list is currently under maintenance. So, SAHM is Stay-At-Home-Mother, WOHM is Working-Outside-Home-Mother - one of the questions we got. For others, you'll have to wait until the Common Abbreviations post is re-posted.)
