Cat Owners

Has anyone tried the cat litter made from corn cob husks?

This stuff is amazing, I have walked by the litter box for a week now and every time I do I think "I really should clean that out, I'll do it later". A week has gone by and I was dreading opening the lid. There was no mess, no cement in the bottom of the box and NO SMELL!

This stuff is so great and it's environmentally friendly as well! It clumps, deodorizes and you can flush it. I don't bother flushing it as our box is no where near a toilet I just can't say enough great things about this stuff.

Wow! I may have to give it a try if there was no smell. Although our cat is so picky, we have to scoop it a couple times a day because he won't go in a messy box! He just meows at us and keeps walking to the litter box till we finally get up and do it! LOL!

There's stuff made out of recycled newspaper that's really great as well. I think both would be much more absorbent than the regular stuff.

I have tried the newspaper stuff. I hate it. My cat hates it. All in all, it wasn't a good thing at my house!
