I got hit with the flu and so did dh. Of course the kids have been running amuck. I got sick while visiting with a friend of mine from high school I haven't seen in 6 years, so that ended abruptly. I had been looking forward to that visit so much. My fil is in the hospital, his blood pressure is sky high and he keeps feeling like he is going to pass out, waiting to hear more about that. I have a big test tomorrow and a research paper to finish, so now that I've quit shaking from chills I guess I should finish that up.

Man Rayelle, that so sucks.. I don't even know what else to say. Could you contact your professor and ask for an extension on the paper? If not, I will so be praying that you can muster up whatever it takes to get through.

Ahh. Sick with small children! Those were the days! I try to remember them whenever my older kids irritate me because nothing we experience now is nearly as bad as that was.

Well, I survived. I managed to eek out a paper, I wasn't able to get a hold of my instructor in time and didn't want to take the chance he wouldn't accept it late. I got C on my test though It pulls me down to a B for the class and I had a 4.0 at midterm. If I can manage an A for my paper there and one on the last test it'll be an A again.

While my fil was in the er last night he felt a pain in his head and they said to look at him looked like he had a stroke, but everything has tested out fine. They are keeping him for a few days for observation.

Glad you made it in for the test, could have been worse.. One thing I learned, they see your degree and most don't even ask what your GPA was. That burnt my cookies, I was pumping out a 4.0 and I would compete with someone that barely made it through the class for the same job. *shakes head* it will all work out Rayelle. Hope the paper scores well.
