1 can crushed pineapple, drain juice into a bowl. Cut 2 bananas into slices, soak in the pineapple juice. Put White Chocolate pudding in the bottom of a ready made pie crust. You can use vanilla or banana pudding also, but I think the White Chocolate makes it taste like Hot Fudge. On top of the pudding, add the crushed pineapple, after the pineapple, comes the bananas. Top with whipped cream & crushed nuts (if desired). Very delicious & easy to make. My whole family loves it.

Yummy and easy. My kind of dessert. Does that count as a serving of fruit?
