CURRIED PECANS

6 T. butter or margarine
1 clove garlic (finely minced)
¼ tsp. pepper sauce (Tabasco)
1 lb. pecans
1 tsp. curry powder
2 Tps. Honey


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter or margarine in medium sauce pan. Add sauce, honey curry and garlic; heat for about 1 min and stir well. Add pecans and toss to coat. Scatter in a single layer on a cookie sheet with sides. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes, shaking and stirring frequently. Cool on paper towels. Store in refrigerator in a sealed container.
