CHINESE SAUSAGE

1 lg. smoked sausage -- Kielbasa type -- turkey works too
1 c. Duck Sauce
1/2 c. apple juice or cider


Slice sausage to about 1/4" thickness. Pour duck sauce and juice into crock pot. Add sausage. Stir to distribute evenly. Cover and cook on med. for at least 1 hour. Serve with toothpicks to spear.
