Kids will LOVE this & it's SUPER EASY :)

It's "Graham Cracker Toffee" and yes it is YUMMY, it doesn't last long when made!

Here's my recipe:

Ingredients:
1 sleeve graham crackers
1 bag semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butter
1 cup dark brown sugar
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400-degrees. Line cookie sheet with graham crackers in a single layer.

In a saucepan combine sugar and butter. Bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Immediately pour over graham crackers and spread mixture to cover the crackers completely.

Bake for 5 or 6 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over the top and let sit for 5 minutes. Spread melted chocolate over all the crackers and sprinkle top with chopped pecans. Cool completely (about 1/2 day or more) and break into pieces. Or if your in a hurry - Place in fridge to cool completely. Break into pieces to eat. MMMMMMmmmmm

**Can also be made with Saltine crackers & no nuts**

Made this again this morning for kids & DH ate 1/3 of it before kids even got home from school :) I put it in fridge to cool - that makes it easier to break up into pieces too. It is ADDICTIVE!

ooh .... THAT sounds delicious!
I think I might even have all of the ingredients, I WAS trying to think of something different for GirlScout snack tonight, that sounds great .... although I'd need to make a double batch, since I can't bring something yummy outside of the house and not leave any for the "guys"

Harlena - It's quick - easy and Delicious. You can also break it up into whatever size pieces you want. The only down fall - is right now it's just sitting out in my kitchen so every time I go out there I'm breaking off a piece and eating it...EVER SINGLE TIME...and it goes GREAT w/ MILK!!! :)
