How about banana pancakes? Make a big batch and then freeze them.

Take a ready made cookie crust. Pour in half a prepared box of banana pudding. Slice several bananas over it. Pour in the rest. Slice another layer of bananas and cover with whipped cream.

Melt chocolate chips in microwave on low. Peel bananas. Stick popsicle sticks in the bottom. Roll in melted chocolate. Wrap and freeze.
