1 can (4 ¼ oz.) Underwood Honey Ham Spread 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened ¼ c. crushed pineapple, well drained 1 T. green onion, finely chopped 1 tsp. honey 4 (8 inch) flour tortillas With electric mixer, beat ham and cream cheese together until smooth. Stir in pineapple, green onion and honey. Spread ¼ C. ham mixture on each tortilla to the edges. Roll each tortilla tightly with spread in center. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate 2-8 hours before serving. Before serving, cut each tortilla roll into ½` rolls and arrange on a platter. Serves appetizers for 8. For delicious dipping, mix 6 T. mayonnaise, ¼ C. mustard and 2 T honey in a small bowl.
