1-1/2 lbs Pork Chops 3 Tbsp Ketchup 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar 1 tsp Cumin 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes 1/4 tsp Black Pepper 2 tsp Ground Allspice 1/2 tsp Grated Orange Rind 1/2 tsp Salt Mix all ingredients together and let pork marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator turning pork occasionally. Broil or grill 5-6 minutes on each side to desired doneness.
