Here is one I have used.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. chunky or smooth peanut butter
1/2 c white sugar
1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c chocolate chips

Preheat to 375 degrees

Cream the butter, peanut butter and sugar until light. Add egg and mix until fluffy.

Blend the flour, baking powder, soda, and salt together well. Add these dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Add the chocolate chips.

Drop by teaspoon. Bake for 10-12 minutes
