I'm in the mood for something different. Does anyone have any good recipes to share? I have lots of different salad recipes if you are looking for something to bring somewhere.

We grill alot in the summer.
Marinate chicken, Italian turkey sausage, all sorts of veggies in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, black pepper, cajun seasonings and then cook it on the grill. We just put it on a big platter in the middle of the table and dig in.

Thanks, Annie. For some reason, I'm not in the mood for the grill. Call me crazy! Normally, it's my favorite time of year because of all the grilling. I think I'll marinate something just in case. You can't go wrong with that! Thanks.
