This is easy.

Here is what you need:
2 small boxes of 5 minute vanilla pudding
1 box of grahm crackers
1 small container of coolwhip 8oz-10oz
1 small container of chocolate frosting

Make the 2 small boxes of vanilla instant 5 minute pudding. After it sets mix in a small container (3/4 of the container) of coolwhip.

Take a cake pan (glass is easier) put a layer of the mixture in the bottom on top of that layer put a layer of grahm crackers on top of that put another layer of the mixture on top of that crakers again.

Then put the frosting in the micro until it is warm enough to pour then pour it on top of the top layer of crackers let it sit for about 15 minutes for the frosting to harden.

This takes about 20 minutes total to make and it is really good and not really all that fattening

This is Tonya's recipe and posted on the recipe board.

I make this and everyone loves this. I use those throw away pans when taking them to other people's parties (so I don't have to wait around or worry about dishes:)).

BTW, this needs to sit at least 8 hours in refrig before serving.

This is the easiest and so good.

Take whatever is your favorite brownie mix. Buy two and double the pan size.

Make up the batter according to directions for first box.
Pour into pan.
Layer York Peppermint Patties on top
Make up 2nd box according to directions
Pour over peppermint patties

Bake according to directions on the box. It will be very gooey. Cool, refridgerate till ready to serve. Set out for about 10 minutes then cut into squares.

Strawberry season is in full effect here and there is a recipe for a yummy-sounding Strawberry Pie on the Recipe Board. I don't remember who posted it but I thought it looked very easy. Just an idea.

Kath, I know this is late, but are you looking for something like this? It is in the July/August issue of Taste of Home's Quick Cooking. I wish I could scan and post, but my scanner's on the blink.

Festive Fruit Tart

Prep Time 15 minutes

Ready in less than 1 hour

Pastry for single-crust pie (9 inches)
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese softened
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon almond extract, divided
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 medium ripe peach or nectarine, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons apricot preserves

Press pastry onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9 inch tart pan with a removable bottom; trim edges. Generously prick the bottom with a fork. Bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack.

In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract until smooth; spread over crust. Arrange fruit over cream cheese mixture. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine apricot preserves and remaining almond extract.

Microwave uncovered, on high for 20-30 seconds or until warm; brush over fruit.

Chill until serving

Yield 10-12 servings

It looks good and I hope it helps:)
