Easy, Delicious Strawberry Dessert

This is especially good for diabetics, anyone watching their sugar intake, or anyone who just loves a great dessert. You can substitute regular instead of sugar free ingredients but it's delicious just as recipe is. I know the following sounds a bit confusing but I wanted to tell you the different ways I've made this because of lack of time. Recipe calls for a baked pie shell, either regular shell or graham cracker. Instead, I've just lined a piepan with vanilla wafers or when in a big hurry I've eliminated the pieshell altogether and put everything into a nice serving bowl and served it with a serving spoon. Everybody loves it and asks for the recipe.

1 (3oz.) sugar free vanilla cook & serve pudding (NOT INSTANT)
1 (3oz.) sugar free strawberry jello
4 cups strawberries cut up, (not whole)
2 cups water
1 baked pieshell (optional, as explained above)

Place the strawberries in a baked shell or serving bowl.

Combine vanilla pudding with water, bring to a boil; remove from heat and immediately sprinkle in the jello while constantly stirring until completely dissolved. Pour over strawberries. Refrigerate. ENJOY!!!

Sounds good. I'll give this a try this summer.
