Asparagus Rolls

1 loaf Bunny Bread (square top, not round top) (I would imagine any bread is fine)
1-2 cans asparagus spears, drained well
2 cups Mayo
2 Tsp. Garlic or Onion powder or one tsp of each, your preference
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1. Mix together well the mayo, garlic/onion powder and parmesan cheese in a bowl.
2. Remove crusts from bread slices.
3. Roll each slice of bread out flat with rolling pin. They should be compressed and flat, not spongy.
4. Lay out several slices of bread together in a row, sides touching.
5. Spread slices generaously with mayo mixture, works best with a flexible spatula.
6. Lay a continuous row of asparagus spears along the bottom of bread row.
7. Cut asparagus lengths even with each bread

8. Roll up bread and try not to eat them all.
