Cake Mix Cookies

-1 box cake mix (any flavor)
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup vegetable oil
-(optional) 1 to 2 cups chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, or butterscotch chips*

Mix all ingredients together and drop by the spoonful onto a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for two minutes and then remove to wire rack to finish cooling.

Makes about 20 cookies

*I used a triple chocolate fudge cake mix with mini chocolate chips in the mix so I didn't add any more chips to the batter. These were the easiest cookies I have ever made and my family loved them. They tasted like a brownie in cookie form. Crisp on the outside, moist and chewy on the inside.
