Hi ladies, I need a quick and easy dessert recipe for tonight, my bf gramma died and they are having family over. Please help TIA Brooke

This is easy.

Here is what you need:
2 small boxes of 5 minute vanilla pudding
1 box of grahm crackers
1 small container of coolwhip 8oz-10oz
1 small container of chocolate frosting

Make the 2 small boxes of vanilla instant 5 minute pudding. After it sets mix in a small container (3/4 of the container) of coolwhip.

Take a cake pan (glass is easier) put a layer of the mixture in the bottom on top of that layer put a layer of grahm crackers on top of that put another layer of the mixture on top of that crakers again.

Then put the frosting in the micro until it is warm enough to pour then pour it on top of the top layer of crackers let it sit for about 15 minutes for the frosting to harden.

This takes about 20 minutes total to make and it is really good and not really all that fattening.

This is easy and always impresses.
Make your favorite brownie recipe and throw in a handful or so of chocolate chips (white chocolate is very good)
Drain and puree in blender one can of frozen raspberries..mix in a little grand marnier liquer if you like.
On the plate, swirl a little of the raspberry puree on the bottom, then place a sqaure of brownie, top with fresh whipped cream , then drizzle a little more of the raspberry puree and top with a sprig of mint.

Tonya that is my favorite dessert to make. It tastes so good especially the next day. Everybody always asks for this recipe. I was going to post it then I saw you already had. Great in the summer because it is a cool dessert.

Until Thanksgiving I never even knew it exsisted. We were in NC and my Aunts Daughter-in-law made it. It is quick, cheap and easy.
