I recently purchased a Turbo Cooker (yep one of those as seen on TV pans/pot/cooker/fryer etc)

There are a few on its home page www.turbocooker.com and some cards with it. But the best ones are the tried and true ones.. Im still a little scaed of it.. dont wan to ruin supper Iv used it twice. once for chicken once for beef strips. Right now I have a beef roast in it. Anyone else out there who has experimented with it? there arent many recipes for it on the www.
