Return Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item for merchandise exchange, store website credit (we issue you a digital coupon) or a credit card refund. Shipping is non-refundable. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from AllAboutDance.com.
Please include the Merchandise Return Form that you received with your package and a copy of your receipt that you printed online. Wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for return shipment. If you do not have your online receipt, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

Please allow 1-2 weeks for the processing of returns. Shoes must be returned unworn and in original unmarked box. Shoes that show signs of wear will not be accepted. Shoe boxes should not be damaged or have writing on them. We will notify you via e-mail of your exchange or credit card refund after we have completely processed the returned item. Exchanges are charged at a flat discount shipping rate of $6.00. International exchanges are charged based on the actual shipping rate.
