Golfballs.com was started in 1995, as a purely virtual business. Initially no inventory was carried and we only offered a limited selection of used golf balls. Over time we have phased out of the sale of used balls and now carry a complete selection of golf balls, caps, shoes, bags, clubs...and many other golf-related items.

Additionally, we have focused on the sale of custom imprinted corporate logo balls, embroidered caps and shirts, as well as monogrammed golf towels.

To date, Golfballs.com has sold over 14,000,000 golf balls direct to customers in all 50 states and to 40 different countries.

Golfballs.com stocks the products that we sell. Most orders placed before 2:00pm CST ship the same day it is ordered.

Standard delivery packages (non-personalized) generally arrive in 2-5 business days, unless your address is a remote location.

Next Day orders placed before 2pm CST Monday-Thursday are shipped the same business day and delivered the next business day. Second Day orders are generally delivered two business days following the order. Saturday delivery is not available online. Please contact a customer service representative for any special handling needs.

Please allow additional time for personalized items such as balls, caps, towels and bags due to the printing or embroidery involved. Turnaround time is typically offered on the individual product's page.

Custom Logo items like balls, shirts, or caps involve printing of a specific image or logo and require an additional 1-2 weeks of production time due to setup, proofing and production processes involved. We may be able to offer custom logo products in 1-3 business days, however additional charges apply.

Clubs with custom shafts or grips may take an additional 3-5 business days before they ship. Many of these items may ship directly from the manufacturer. Call customer service for confirmation of shipping times for specific clubs.
