Ok, that seemed like a silly topic, of course dogs give birth to puppies LOL...
What I mean to ask is how long did it take for their boobs/nipples to go back in place, and did they ever?
Our new foster dog (coonhound)gave birth about 11 weeks ago. 3 of her puppies are adopted the other 5 are in foster homes. We got "Ashley" a couple of days ago. I must say, shes got LOTS hanging pretty low LOL... She is getting spayed at the end of the month. Im wondering if they will shrink up. The vet said they will shrink some but never back to normal. I was just wondering what your experience is with this.
My 7 yr old daughter came home from school and the dog was here. She couldnt help but look at them. Finally my daughter said "WHAT ARE THOSE?"..She understands about the whole nursing thing, she just never seen a dog look like that.
