Moms View Message Board: General Discussion: Archive February 2007: I can't wait for the weekend...
My DH is taking me to Bed & Breakfast for 2 nights for my birhtday. My B-day isn't until the 27th but this was the only time we could go. It is pretty expensive ($140 a night) and I hate spending money but he keeps saying you only turn 30 once and you should enjoy it. I am so excited. The room we reserved has a jacuzzi and it is huge. DD is keeping 2 youngest DS's amd my mom is keeping oldest DS. We won't be very far away so if anything happens we can get back. She has kept them before for the wekkend so I trust her. I just can hardly wait. A whole weeekend with just me and DH. It has been awhile since we have had that.

Thanks guys. I am having a hard time with turning 30 so I think he is trying to help me get over that. He has been so great lately. Last night when he came in from work he had 9 big sunflowers for me for Valentine's Day. I feel bad bragging because I know there are a few people on here that are going thru some pretty tough things with there husbands but things have changed so much for us since I have been home and he has been out working and it is so great.
I hope you have tons of fun!!! My hubby and I went away this past weekend for one night and had such a wonderful time! It is the first time we have gone out without the kids overnight, not counting trips to medical universities. I was off my meds and very sick on those trips, so they don't count! LOL!
