Natalie is having pictures taken next week. I have the cutest outfit, but not sure because it has a lot of white in it. It's dark blue jeans with a white top trimmed in red and a white denim jacket with red detail (embroidered flowers) with red ponytail ties. She looks so darn cute in it, but is white bad for pictures? She's also fair with strawberry blonde hair. What do you think?

Sounds really cute to me!!! As long as she's not against a white, or really pale pastel background, it will look very pretty. You already have a contrast with the jeans, just make sure you choose a background that is colorful scenery, or a medium color - anything that won't *blend* with the white jacket.

If she suits wearing white it will work.I think in most places you can choose the background.I always went with what my kids looked cute in vs worrying about the background.

Okay cool because I love it. It was actually part of a set, but the pants are a little small now and a little loud for my taste. I think she looks so cute in red. The other option would be to go with a ribbed red turtleneck underneath, but I think it might be too dark against the pants. She's wearing black mary jane type shoes.

Where are you having pictures done? If it is somewhere like portrait innovations where you can have several poses and stuff, I would consider trying a white background, it might be very very cute. When all else fails, pick gray!

That jacket is adorable.
Can you choose the background? My DD's school is a uniform school. The students have to wear white polo shirts. (or green but my DD doesn't like green) On picture day they have to wear uniform. The pictures look better with a darker background IMO.

My newphews have light hair and i absolutely love it when they are on black or really dark backgrounds. And I think with that outfit a navy or black background would be really cute. Good luck.
