This has me very upset.

A woman whose license was suspended indefinitely was driving with 3 kids in the minivan who were 13, 12, and 2. The 12 and 13 year old girls were NOT wearing seatbelts, and the 2 year old boy was NOT in a carseat, but was buckled in with the van's seatbelt.

The woman turned in front of an oncoming pickup, and now the the 13 year old is dead, and the 12 year old and 2 year old have critical injuries. The people in the pickup are fine.

The driver who was driving the minivan with a suspended license has attempted suicide and is now hospitalized as well. She was driving someone else's van. It isn't known if the owner knew that she didn't have a license, but if they did they may be subject to jail and fines as well.
