I can't find the recipe and I want to make it Saturday. I'm hoping I got it here. I'm looking online and it says to toss the ramen noodles with butter and brown them. I don't remember doing that before. I'm taking it to a potluck, so I'm wondering how that would work....

Thanks.:)

I have a recipe if your desperate. Not sure if it is the same one you used before, I got this one from my SIL:

1 package of cole slaw
1 pack each of beef and chicken ramon noodle soup
1/2 C sunflower seeds
1 small bag of slivered almonds

dressing:
1/3 C cider vinigar
1C oil
1/2 C sugar
both seasoning packs from the soup

I just crumble the noodles up and put them in the slaw mix. I also don't put the dressing on too early and wait to the last minute to put the noodles and nuts on it. The noodles are better crunchy!

Hope this helps

You probably got it from me, but my recipe is the same as Vicki's except I use 2 pkgs of the Oriental flavored Ramen noodles and I add chopped green onions to mine. No you don't cook them and like Vicki said, wait until the last possible minute to add the dressing. It's not too good as leftovers when it gets mushy.

Sunflower seeds! Darn, I forgot those. I was thinking it was sesame seeds. I'm glad to know I don't have to toast the noodles in the oven! This was so yummy! Thank you!!!
