We put it on the market on Thurs. and we already got an offer. It came in pretty low, so we made a counter offer. Keep your fingers crossed that we can settle on a price. We do know that they are closing on their house on Sept. 1st, with nowhere to go, so hopefully, we can come to an agreement that both of us can live with.

We sold it! We got just a little less then we wanted, but we still came out ahead because we get a bonus from the company for selling it quickly. So, all is well!!

I'm so happy for you!
My inlaws built a new house and put their's up for sale around Christmas time....it's still for sale! And the new house is finished and ready to be lived in. But they don't want to move out of their house till it is sold *shrug*.
