I am not a great fan of British cuisine, but do like my fish & chips!

Oh Cocoa...I LOVE breakfast for dinner but DH just hates it. Yummy! Last week when Natalie and I were on our own for dinner, I made us pancakes and it was soooo good!

I made creamy cheesy chicken, lol with homemade macaroni and cheese and corn. This is a quick and delicious meal that I created myself, lol - but it's great for a busy night when you don't have much time to cook. I'll post the recipe on the cooking board.

We had pizza with a friend's family last night. I started defrosting stew meat for tonight but it's going to be hot today and stew isn't appealing. Any ideas what else I can do with it???
