I had a great day today. All my kids slept at friends' houses. Dh got up to go to work and I slept in. He came home early about 9:45 with the rest of the day off.
He suggested we head to Pensacola Beach for lunch and some sun. Which is exactly what we did, just the two of us.
I LOVE going to the beach with my kids, don't get me wrong, but it was so nice to not have to pack a cooler, make sure everyone had their stuff, no one to keep an eye on while swimming! etc.

Good for you!!We all deserve days like that.Theres always a child in the crowd that yells mommy and I still look around even knowing my Dk's are not with me.LOL

It was a really nice day today! Glad you got some alone time with DH on the beach! I am hoping to go this weekend and fly Kyle's new stunt kite.
