Rich's insurance sucks!!! He and the kids are on it and he has inand out of network coverage and deductibles. Well he had a procedure done last Nov and the hospital was in-network but the Dr that did it was out so we have 2 huge bills to pay now. The deductible is 3K for in and 6K for out before they pay anything. Work covers the first 3K for the deductible for in but nothing for out. But we also have 2 kids on this and with 3 people and 1 of them doing many well visits and shots the first 3K was eaten up fast!!

I called the insurance company and man are they run they expect me to understnad everything like I am in the medical field. They gave me the address to the appeals board and man are they going to get a big appeal!!!

Oh no this is an actual insurance provider. it is called SumaCare. The prolbem is that it is an Ohio based insurance and we are in MI but the company DH works for is a disctibution company for Wal-mart/Sam's Club. They are based out of Ohio so they make us use their insurance. It is awful.
