GIRL!



We are so excited!! Our due date is April 15th but I'm going to have a C-section around April 7th. She looks just perfect...saw all the toes, fingers, blinking, and she even scratched her nose and was "chewing". So cute! My world has just been turned upside down! Hellooooo pink!

My ds's birthday is April 7, my dh's father's was April 7 as well, my dd's is April 5, and my brother is April 10 so, in our family, we think the beginning of April is a really great time to have a baby!

Thanks ladies! Connor thinks it's the greatest thing...and he loved being there at the ultrasound. He kisses my belly almost every day and loves saying "I love you baby granola"!! (We call her baby granola since we live pretty close to a hippy town otherwise known as Boulder.)

And, Cat, we'd love to have you and the family up here even before we have the baby in April.

I still can't believe we're having a girl...we've come up with a name that will have a cute nickname, which we have to keep a secret so that family does not share their opinions, but I'm excited about a whole new experience....polly pocket, dollies...aaaahhh!!!
I'm still keeping the boy toys though. I used to love playing with my brother's GI Joe figures, LOL.

Congrats. Girls are so much fun. My co-worker's DGD (3) has named her soon-to-be-born brother or sister Baby Seaweed. This is a step up from the name Pee Diaper that she was calling him or her.
